Hackyard: COMMUNITY DRIVEN AI HACKATHONS.

@HixonFOUNDING2mo ago

I just launched Hackyard. Hackyard has no judging panel. Every signed-in user gets one vote, counts stay hidden until voting closes, and the top vote-getter is crowned automatically — no organizer override, including mine. Does that read as fair to you, or does it read as a popularity contest? It's the design call I'm least certain about, and I'd rather hear the objection now than after the first Yard. Try it: https://hackyard.tech/

Love the idea! But I also agree, might lean more heavily towards people with bigger followings. Might be interesting if the submissions could also be anonymous? But maybe that doesn't work as well. Still interested in the idea and looking forward to how it evolves!
