Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Havor (“Havor”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a place where AI builders launch, discover, and discuss products. Havor is an independent service operated from Singapore; until it is incorporated as a company it is run by its founder, and these terms will be updated when that changes. By creating an account or using Havor, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Havor.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Havor — or older where the country you live in sets a higher minimum age for digital consent (up to 16 in parts of the EU/UK), in which case that higher age applies to you. If you use Havor on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your content

You keep ownership of the products, text, images, and other content you post. By posting, you grant Havor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, securing, and promoting Havor. The sublicense allows our service providers (such as our hosting and storage providers) to process your content on our behalf. This license ends when you remove your content or close your account, except that residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period, and anonymized content may remain, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to post it.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or obligation to you.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Havor to:

• break the law, infringe others’ intellectual property, or violate anyone’s rights;
• post spam, malware, or misleading, harmful, or abusive content;
• harass, threaten, or impersonate others;
• manipulate rankings, backs, or verification — for example with fake accounts or bought engagement, or by trading, selling, or soliciting backs, comments, or vouches (including vouching for work you haven’t genuinely engaged with);
• scrape, overload, or interfere with Havor or attempt to bypass its security or moderation.

Moderation

We use automated and human review to keep Havor safe. You can report content or an account that breaks these rules from the report control on a product, comment, or profile, or by emailing hello@havor.io. We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community, and we maintain integrity checks on rankings and Verified Ships. We aim to be fair, and decisions that meaningfully affect you involve human review; if you think we got it wrong, contact us and you may ask a person to look again.

Copyright and takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights and expect you to do the same. If you believe content on Havor infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@havor.iowith: your contact details; identification of the work and the infringing material (with a link); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them; and your signature. We will review valid notices, may remove the content, and will let the person who posted it respond with a counter-notice. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. This procedure is intended to meet the requirements of Singapore’s Copyright Act and the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Products and links

Products listed on Havor are created by their builders, not by us. Listing does not mean we endorse, vet, or guarantee a product. Third-party sites and products are used at your own risk.

Marks such as Verified Ship and Domain Verified are community trust signals, not warranties. They record that a product met our checks at the time it was reviewed — they are not an audit, a security review, or a promise that a product is safe, functional, lawful, or that a builder is who they say they are. We may grant, withhold, or revoke a mark at any time, and you should not treat one as a substitute for your own judgment.

Backs, scores, and rankings

Backs, Havor Score, leaderboard positions, badges, marks, and similar recognition features are for community and recognition only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for anything, and we may adjust, recalculate, revoke, or reset them — for example to correct errors or enforce integrity.

Paid features

Havor is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will publish additional terms covering pricing, billing, renewals, and refunds, and those terms will apply to those features.

Our intellectual property

The Havor name, logo, and the design and software of the site are owned by us. These terms don’t give you the right to use our branding without permission.

Disclaimers

Havor is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that Havor will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content on it is accurate.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Havor and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of Havor. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to Havor will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or SGD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limitations, in which case they apply to you only to the extent permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Havor and its team harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of Havor, or your breach of these terms or of anyone’s rights.

Termination

You can stop using Havor and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive — including Your content, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, and Governing law — continue to apply after termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For minor changes, we will update the date above, and continuing to use Havor after they take effect means you accept them. For material changes, we will give you reasonable advance notice and ask you to accept the updated terms before you continue using Havor.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or Havor, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws, or of any right you may have under applicable law to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about Havor. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, incorporation, or transfer of the service. These terms create no third-party beneficiaries, and neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
