Outside the site

Can I use Havor without opening it?

Most of what you'd come here to do can happen where you already are — your editor, your feed reader, your inbox.

What do I actually type?

Plain English — your editor's model reads the tool list and fills in the details itself. You never write JSON. It sees what a visitor sees, plus your own ships.

Search & browse

Find people

How does my editor prove it's me?

Mint one, paste it into your client, done. It's shown once and stored only as a fingerprint, and you get a notification whenever one is created.

Not your password — A token can be revoked without touching your sign-in.

What's actually changed lately?

The record of what shipped and why, written as entries rather than a changelog. In-app cards only catch you on the right page; this is always here.

Sharing a ship

Card included

Every ship and profile carries a preview card, so a pasted link unfurls with the name and cover. The URL is the whole thing.

What trips people up

Limits on purpose, not rough edges.

An installed copy keeps its old icons

Phones bake them in at install time, so an icon change is invisible until you reinstall. Nothing is broken.

Signed out, most of Havor still works

The catalogue, every ship page, every profile and the log are all readable without an account.
