What I'm building
Diados is a distribution operating system for founders building in public. It turns your product context into a structured distribution plan, then helps you execute the right actions across channels like X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more. Instead of guessing what to post or jumping between random growth tactics, Diados gives you clear, prioritized actions designed to help you consistently get your product in front of the right people. It’s built for early-stage founders who have built something but struggle with the distribution side of getting users, attention, and traction.

This solves such a real problem for builders. I have some to realise that creating the product is often the comfortably easy part but knowing how, where and when to talk about what you've created and consistently is much harder. I love the idea of turning distribution into clear, prioritized actions instead of another overwhelming list of growth tactics. This could be incredibly useful for early-stage founders.
