I built Grow or Die after watching AI products celebrate traffic and MRR while treating model cost as an unrelated bill. For AI software, that leaves the most important question unanswered: did growth create margin? Grow or Die connects: • GA4 or PostHog for visitors • Stripe or Lemon Squeezy for paid revenue and refunds • a server-side SDK for OpenAI or Anthropic usage Then it gives you one shared equation: Revenue / visitor − AI cost / visitor = profit / visitor The deliberate choices: • no prompt or output storage • no model API keys • failed and timed-out calls still count when tokens were consumed • missing or unpriced data stays missing • one prioritized profit action instead of dozens of generic recommendations It is for founders and small AI product teams who need to know which customers, features, or model choices are actually profitable. Pricing is $289/year, with unlimited events, one user, one replaceable website slot, and three years of event retention. I’d especially love feedback on two things: 1.
